The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our logistic centre for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing an order and arranging the shipping will take an additional 1-3 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Most orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product and usually take between 5 and 15 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

International orders usually take about 10–30 business days to be delivered, due to customs clearance and other checks. For international shipping ePacket is used where supported. However, in some cases there may not be tracking information available.

FAQ Regarding Shipping

What about customs? 
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment left the seller’s country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.

Do you provide tracking information? 
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”. 
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package? 
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
